AMBIT — Alignment Matrix for Business & IT
Our enterprise architecture model, known as AMBIT, is based on and inspired by CSVLOD from the EA research conducted by Svyatoslav Kotusev and presented in his book The Practice of Enterprise Architecture — A Modern Approach to Business and IT Alignment.
AMBIT categorises enterprise artefacts where boundaries such as Rules, Structures, and Changes intersect with the business and IT realms. Within this structured framework, factors, visions, standards, landscapes, outlines, and designs emerge.
This approach empowers organisations to analyse, strategise, and optimise their operational frameworks with clarity and precision. By aligning business objectives with IT capabilities through AMBIT, seamless integration is facilitated, fostering innovation and sustained growth.
